Who we are
Pitch Ready Football is operated by Tony Musso as a sole trader. We provide 1-to-1 football coaching, 90-minute Evaluation Sessions and coaching support for children aged 5-14 in Enfield and surrounding areas.

Who Can Book
Bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian. We do not accept bookings directly from children.
Evaluation Sessions
The 90-minute Evaluation Session is designed to assess a child's confidence, current technical level, movement, match understanding and best coaching pathway. It helps us recommend the right next step.
The 90-minute Evaluation Session is currently priced at £99 unless otherwise stated on the booking page.
The Evaluation Session does not guarantee selection, trials, match performance, team placement or a specific rate of improvement.
Payments
Prices are shown on the relevant session or booking page.
Payment may be required online at the time of booking through Stripe. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been completed and confirmation has been sent.
For some coaching services, Pitch Ready Football may agree payment terms directly with the parent or guardian before the booking is confirmed.
Pitch Ready Football does not store full card details on its website.
Cancellation And Rescheduling
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Where a session is booked for a specific date and time, our cancellation and rescheduling policy applies:
- More than 7 days before the session: You can receive a full refund or reschedule free of charge.
- Between 48 hours and 7 days before the session: You can receive a 50% refund or reschedule once, subject to availability.
- Less than 48 hours before the session: The session is normally non-refundable. However, we may offer a reschedule at our discretion for illness, emergency, unsafe weather or safeguarding reasons.
- No-shows: If you do not attend and do not contact us before the session, the booking is non-refundable.
If We Need To Cancel
If Pitch Ready Football needs to cancel because of coach illness, unsafe weather, venue issues, surface conditions or another issue outside our control, we will offer a reschedule or refund.
Illness And Emergencies
We understand children get ill and family emergencies happen. Where possible, we will try to accommodate genuine illness or emergency fairly, including offering a rescheduled session or additional lesson where reasonable.
Weather And Safety
Sessions may be adapted, moved, shortened or rescheduled if weather, light, playing surface or safety conditions make the planned session unsuitable.
Parent Responsibilities
Parents or guardians must provide accurate information about injuries, medical conditions, allergies, confidence issues, behavioural needs or safeguarding concerns that may affect the session.
Parents or guardians must remain contactable during the session. Parents are welcome to watch sessions if they wish.
Behaviour And Session Safety
We may pause, adapt or stop a session if behaviour, illness, injury or safety concerns make it unsuitable to continue.
No Guaranteed Results
Coaching will be delivered with reasonable care and skill. However, progress depends on confidence, attendance, practice, age, physical development, attitude and other factors. We cannot guarantee a specific football outcome.
Safeguarding
Pitch Ready Football communicates with parents and guardians, not directly with children. Any safeguarding concern may be recorded and reported to the relevant authority where appropriate.
