We may collect parent or guardian details including name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, location or postcode, booking details and payment status.

We may also collect information about your child, including their first name, age, football experience, confidence level, coaching goals, assessment answers, session notes, coach recommendations, and any medical, injury, allergy or safeguarding information you choose to provide.

We only collect children's information from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect contact details directly from children and we do not market to children.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, create Free Assessment results, book and deliver Evaluation Sessions, manage coaching sessions, create parent accounts, send booking confirmations, provide coaching feedback, process payments, support safeguarding and health and safety, improve our service, and send marketing only where you have opted in.

We use personal information where it is needed to provide our services, where you have given consent, where we have a legitimate interest in running and improving the business, where we must meet legal or accounting obligations, or where information is needed in an emergency.

We may use trusted providers including Stripe, Supabase, email and marketing tools, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. We may also share information with professional advisers such as accountants, or with safeguarding/legal authorities where required.

Our website may use essential cookies to make the site work. Analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel should only run where you have accepted them through the cookie banner. You can reject or manage non-essential cookies.

Assessment and enquiry leads may be kept for up to 24 months. Active client records may be kept for the length of the relationship and up to 6 years afterwards where needed for business, tax or legal reasons. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Photo and video consent records are kept while the content is being used.

We only use photos or videos of children for marketing where a parent or guardian has given clear consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing us.
