Safeguarding & Photo Consent

We communicate with parents and guardians, not directly with children. Booking confirmations, session updates, coaching feedback and any concerns will be sent to the parent or guardian.

Parents and guardians are welcome to watch sessions if they wish. If a session takes place in a public park, garden or home setting, the coach may discuss the safest setup with the parent before the session starts.

Parents and guardians must tell us about any injury, illness, allergy, medical condition, confidence issue, behavioural need or safeguarding concern that may affect the child's session.

This helps us adapt coaching safely and appropriately.

Coaches must maintain appropriate professional boundaries. Any concern about conduct, communication or safety should be raised with Pitch Ready Football as soon as possible.

Photos or videos may sometimes be useful for coaching feedback, technique review or parent updates. These are handled carefully and shared only where appropriate.

We only use photos or videos of children for marketing where a parent or guardian has given clear consent.

Marketing consent is optional. It must be separate from booking consent and it will not be pre-ticked.

Where we use images or video, we will not publish a child's full name alongside marketing content. We will avoid sharing school details, home addresses, private information or sensitive personal details.

You can withdraw photo or video marketing consent at any time by emailing info@pitchreadyfootball.co.uk.

If consent is withdrawn, we will remove content we control where reasonably possible. Please note that content already shared on social media may have been copied, saved or shared by others outside our control.
