First Touch Coaching

My son's first touch used to bounce metres away. Six weeks in and he's cushioning the ball, opening his body and actually looking up. Coaches at his club have noticed.

First Touch Coaching

The accelerated block was perfect for our schedule. Longer sessions, real focus on receiving under pressure — you can see him thinking before the ball arrives now.

Coach, safety & parent reassurance

The practical stuff parents want to know before booking.

The same safeguarding, coach and location standards apply to every service. Meet the coach · Safeguarding & photo consent

DBS-checked coach

All coaching is delivered by an enhanced-DBS-checked coach with a linked coach profile you can review before booking.

Age-appropriate coaching

Session complexity, workload and language are pitched to your child's age (5–14), fitness and previous experience.

Location & weather

Home, garden or a local park in Enfield and surrounding areas. If weather makes the venue unsafe we rearrange rather than press on.

Photography consent

No photo or video of your child is captured or shared without explicit parent or guardian consent (see our safeguarding & photo consent policy).

Parent contact & emergencies

A parent or guardian's contact number is required for every session. For under-8s a parent or guardian is expected to remain at the venue.

Not medical rehabilitation

Sessions are football coaching, not medical rehabilitation, physiotherapy or injury treatment. Please seek qualified medical advice for any injury concerns.

Additional notes for this service

  • Sessions run outdoors on grass, artificial pitches or hard court where surface allows safe receiving practice.
  • Coaching cannot fully reproduce a team environment — pressure is created with the coach and rebound aids, then reinforced with home-practice tasks that carry into club sessions.
